We are so close to close...

Last week we realized that the new carpet that they had just put in the house was the wrong color. Awesome. So, instead of moving this Wednesday, we will be waiting until next Friday. But it's okay really. I've started preparing things here at the house by slowly packing up boxes of stuff we don't need for now and organizing deliveries and such that we need for the new house. Hopefully by next week we will be good and ready!

Our "old" house (as we have come to call it) is still for sale which has become incredibly annoying. We are praying praying praying that someone will come along and just love it, but after almost three months we haven't had any luck. But we are trusting in God's timing in all of this and are hoping that before long we will be moved and only own one house! = )

I am so excited to post some pictures soon of our new house. I had thought I would post some along the way, but the reality is that every time they do something I keep thinking "oh, I should post a picture of it as soon as _______ is done". So, I guess you will just have to wait until it is ALL done! (And by "you", I of course mean my dear Annie...HI!!)

Here's hoping and praying for a move next week!

So, this is really for Anthony and my parents as they have missed a HUGE day in the Dummermuth household, but you are welcome to read it anyway... = )

Well, today was Lucy's first day of school. We have her going to a little bit of summer school so that she will be good and ready for preschool in the fall. She is going to be gone on Thursdays from 9:30 to is so crazy, she is just so tiny.

Anyway, before I start crying AGAIN, here are some pics I took today!

I asked them to put their arms around each other...hence the summer school. = )

I love the sweet little relationships between all my kids, but there is something truly special about our "twins".

Is there any other way for us to celebrate than a little frozen custard?

And a Sheridan's trip is not complete without Great John (my grandpa). By the way, I had asked Nate to sit on the ground next to Lucy and I, but he said, "No, with Great John." Could he have sat any closer? I don't think Great John minded one bit. = )

My baby girl...she's growing up...
